The day begins with a trip to La Mitad del Mundo, the famous monument that marks the equatorial line, where you can literally stand with one foot in the Northern Hemisphere and one foot in the Southern Hemisphere. You will also visit the nearby Intiñan Museum, which provides an interactive and educational experience about Ecuador's geography, indigenous cultures, and the significance of the equator in the country’s history.
