Itinerary

At 08:00 AM, we’ll pick you up in Quito and head towards Pichincha Volcano, where we’ll ascend to the near summit in a 4x4 vehicle. Our biking adventure in Ecuador begins near the summit of the still-active Guagua Pichincha Volcano. From this high-altitude vantage point, the views are absolutely breathtaking. On clear days, look east to see the sprawling city of Quito, framed by snow-capped volcanoes. To the north, south, and west, vast stretches of páramo (a high-altitude tundra-like ecosystem) unfold before your eyes.

From this stunning viewpoint, we’ll take a short hike to the crater's edge, where you’ll peer into the pulsing, sulfuric heart of the active volcano—how many people can say they've walked on the edge of a live crater?

After soaking in this once-in-a-lifetime experience, we’ll hop on our bikes and begin a thrilling descent toward Lloa on an abandoned dirt road. The ride is exhilarating and perfect for adrenaline seekers, offering stunning views and a true sense of adventure.

In Lloa, a charming traditional Andean village, we’ll stop for a delicious homemade box lunch to recharge. Once we’re refreshed, we’ll continue westward into the lush cloud forest, immersing ourselves in the vibrant greenery and the flourishing ecosystem.

After an unforgettable day filled with amazing views, thrilling experiences, and incredible adventure, we’ll return to Quito with memories to last a lifetime.
